Garden Waste Payments

We are aware that some attempts to subscribe or renew a subscription for the garden waste service are failing. In the event that you are not able to complete the sign-up or renewal process, please try the following:

  • Check whether you have any pop-up or ad blockers active on your web browser, and temporarily disable them to allow the payment window to open
  • Ensure the web browser you are using is up to date, and try another browser if you have experienced repeat failures.
  • If you have tried the above and you are still not able to complete the payment, please call our Customer Service Team on 01822 813600 to make your payment over the phone.
