If you have received an email linking you to this page it will be because you are set up to receive e-notification for your Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax reduction claim.
E-notifications is where you can view your award letters on line to see your latest and previous entitlement and check what information we hold to make that assessment.
Register to see your letters online
If you are not set up for e-notification you can do this here by clicking the button at the top of the page.
You will need to give us a few details about yourself and the next time there is a change to your entitlement you will be able to view the entitlement letters online.
View your Council Tax account (including Housing Benefit payments) online
You can access information on your Council Tax account at any time without having to contact the council, just register for an online account.
To register for access to the online service you will need to enter the details found on your latest Council Tax bill, or recovery notice. Please have one of these handy before registering.
When you register, we will send you an activation email which you must accept before being able to sign in and view your account online. Make sure to use a valid email address and check spam filters if the email does not arrive promptly.
By signing into your online account you can do the following:
- View your Council Tax bill
- view your up to date account information
- check you balance and payments
- update your contact details
- view your Housing Benefit payments
