The Council takes your privacy and personal data seriously.

No data will be published which can identify an individual.

Relevant personal data will be collected:
- Directly from you (e.g. from asking you to complete an online or printed form, or speaking to you on the phone or face to face, or from emails sent to South Hams or West Devon members).
How will your personal data be used?
Your personal data will be used to assess your nomination for a Mayoral Award.

Your information may be shared with Elected Members of West Devon Borough Council.
The council will never sell your data to anyone else

Your data will not be transferred outside the EU. It will be securely stored electronically within the UK only, unless it was necessary for safeguarding or for the prevention and detection of crime.
